Rule 22
Delivery of explosives
(1) The people who want to import explosives from abroad, what they want, the reasons for that, and where and where the explosives are needed for what purpose, what types and how much they are to be brought, and from which country and which seller to buy and which. How to bring it from the road and store it in your own magazine or if you store it in a government magazine, in which area should you store it in the government magazine, etc.? The department will take necessary action.
(2) When someone imports explosives from a foreign country, he can buy them only from an authorized explosives dealer of that country.
(3) After the imported explosive material arrives at the border of Nepal, the person to be imported or any of his authorized representatives must report the explosive material to the nearest district administration office.
(4) Explosives released from customs should be taken to the place of work or other storage magazine by the person importing them.
